Parley of the Oceans has partnered with the Government of India (the state of Andhra Pradesh). In Visakhapatnam, an Indian city, known for its many beaches, including Ramakrishna Beach, is launched the project "Parley India", kicking off with a record breaking beach-clean up and signing ceremony with Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy. In close collaboration with the government, environmental groups from the region and volunteers (22 000!), they cleaned 24 km total length of beaches. " Together, we are aiming at ending the plastic crisis in Andhra Pradesh, the beautiful ocean facing state in the south-eastern coastal region of India with a 974 km long coastline --- by forming a statewide network of up to 750 Parley A.I.R.
