The way towards achieving this goal is by engaging people who are actually contributes of causes of climate change. The unjust kind of government structures of governance have majorly created big gap between the haves and have not.. the have nots are struggling to make survival in so doing creating a lot of causes to climate change. Policies done are equally challenged by the reality on the ground because implementing such policies requires moving people from one area to another. Settlement of human beings requires social amenities so that catchment areas are protected.
