With tens of residents of Shamata Ward of Ndaragua Constituency, Nyandarua County, we are planting over 10,000 trees today to save Lake Ol Bolossat, which is drying up and faces the risk of extinction. Restoring the glory of this lake will save lives and livelihoods." Gachagua also affirms that , By the end of this rain season, 100,000 trees will be planted in the region.
