Being a participant in S.O.S. Climate Waterfront project in Stockholm, I found it very interesting to experience the city in a totally different way. During this combined conference and workshop, we explored the waterfronts of the city, worked on actual case studies of city ports and old post industrial areas, met representatives of the city and large organisations and companies working consciously with sustainable development and discussed about the city, the cultural context, architecture, infrastructure and climate change. Stockholm is the ideal city to study its waterfronts and the Swedish sustainability approach is a lesson to us all! Thank you Intercult and KTH University for giving me this opportunity!
