He is not only leading data science, but is generally taking a lead in turning our product vision into reality - It’s Rey, Co-Founder and Head of Product at THE CLIMATE CHOICE! ⁉️ We asked Rey to give us some insights about his role and his work with the product team - here is what he told us: How would you describe your role in the team? 👉 I work closely with almost everyone in the company, bringing in learnings and managing requirements in an ongoing roadmap for delivery. I see a big part of my job as making things easier for everybody to build things, it’s very enjoyable for me! How would you describe our product development? 👉 We focus on our users, what problems they have and how we can solve them. This way, we can prioritize ideas that have meaningful impact and can be shipped quickly. We’re a growing team, working closely and collaboratively on a daily basis to drive ourselves to get a rapid pace of delivery. What are the strengths of the team? 👉 There’s a strong sense of collective ownership and solving problems proactively, which means we have a high level of trust in the team.
