⛈️⛈️ Vienna, Austria, August 17, 2024: A landmark tempest released a groundbreaking 110 liters of precipitation per square meter, the highest summer downpour in 152 years! The northern sectors are inundated, roads and subways submerged, and railway operations ceased. To make matters worse, hail contributed to the pandemonium. 🌨️🚇
