Hey there! Have you heard of Earth Hour? It's an annual event created by the World Wide Fund for Nature (W.W.F.) that invites people, communities, and businesses to show their commitment to the planet by turning off non-essential electric lights for one hour, from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. It's a fun way to come together and make a difference for the environment! How You Can Participate in Earth Hour 2023 1. Go dark for 60 minutes 2. Give an hour doing something nice for the earth 3. Light eco-friendly candles: classic or fun & atypical 4. Finish reading your current book, to start "The climate optimist handbook" 5. Commit to imperfect action beyond the hour, like making sustainable swaps! 6. Meditate outdoors or in your garden, or listen to some soothing sounds of nature.
