Tanzania has killed millions of birds that were feeding in the rice fields to save their yields. This was a brutal approach towards the problem. Certainly there are better methods that could have been applied other than killing them. Animals no matter the breed or size have an impact in our environment and killing is an unforgivable crime.
It is unacceptable to kill millions of birds to protect rice yields. There should be more humane and sustainable methods to address the issue. We must respect and value all forms of life in our environment.

Protecting agricultural yields is important for food security, but it must be done in a way that respects the delicate balance between agriculture and biodiversity. Killing wildlife should be the last option left.
Why was it so hard for them to look for other ways that are not dangerous to both plants and birds?lack of concern

This is totally absurd and regrettable, the Tanzanian authorities must sought not to do this in the future. This birds are so innocent and so important in our ecosystem.
