Nigeria is going through a tough time right now because of the floods that are happening.But thanks to the Red cross society,IFEC for issuing the humanitarian cash grant that will help the country during this tough time.With the recent floods, farm produce has been lost, livestock and homes, but this funds will help evacuate people to safer places and provide food before they get back on their feet.Other people of good will should take this step and help them out.With this happening annually, Nigeria should be prepared well for the next assumed flooding.Preparesness is key.

    I do hope that the funds allocated will all be used to deal with the catastrophe at hand and improving their early warning systems.
