In Beirut, Lebanon, Hayek Hospital recently became the first hospital to serve patients completely plant-based meals to aid in their recovery.  In Sweden Olga Grönvall Lund fights for food thats good for the health of people and the planet. Last year she founded the organization Reformaten that aims to speed up a transformation of the food system. Reformaten holds public education conferences, talk & mobilize people that works within food systems, and seeks to influence decision-makers to take a more active role in the food transition. There is certainly room for a lot of improvements on the sustainability and healthiness of food at Swedish hospitals. Very important work by Reformaten!
