THE PRESIDENT OF KENYA TO HOST THE AFRICA CLIMATE SUMMIT FROM 4TH_6TH SEPTEMBER 2023.
I would like to applaud H.E William Ruto for accepting to host the Africa climate summit later in the year in Nairobi,he will be chairing the summit. He is responsible for making sure Africa speaks with one voice in all climate change meeting as well as actively engage in all multilateral events. I hope that this summit will bring sustainable solutions to the climate crisis Africa is facing and that African leaders will strengthen their climate commitments. I suggest to the president to ensure that there is enough representation of youths and marginalized communities in this summit in order to have stronger voices for Climate justice.
