SEC plans to force public companies to disclosure climate risks On Monday The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the U.S. is expected to announce plans for new disclosure rules that would require companies to report their contributions to greenhouse gas emissions as well as how climate change might affect their businesses.
