Using modified existing ground freezing gear to submersible operations this technique turns a small bore drill rig on a truck to an ROV with restock & support ships the ballpark 470-days for 1-ROV to set 10,000 standalone pipes/km², so a fleet of 100 takes 5-days.
The strategy works for restructuring thawing permafrost, uses standard industry supplies, independent designer, RnD unfunded, limited means.
