Clean energy is what we are striving towards, and by installing 200 square miles of solar panels will ensure production of clean energy.It is a survival strategy that ensures there isnless carbon emissions in oir environment.Westlands water district has really thought this through, they are working with less to achieve more which is not easy at all.
