Visiting a Dairy farm of 6000 cows at COP28

Why is Leo Varadkar visiting a Dairy farm in the UAE during COP28?? Dairy is the one of he highest emitters of methane and grain/soy and water bring used to feed these animal's is unsustainable. This massive farm has 6000 cows! It doesn't make sense. Intensive agricultural practices must stop. Will he be visiting oil wells next? https://www.independent.ie/irish-news/varadkar-visits-giant-dairy-farm-on-first-day-of-cop28-climate-summit/a1804512273.html

This visit seems contradictory to the goals of COP28, which focuses on addressing climate change and promoting sustainable practices.
