I object to that view, or have you seen a sustainable storage of the nuclear waste, that undercuts 10.000 years? I at least am not aware of a political system in the world, that can guarantee this.

  Those questions again, is there a covered million year storage for any chemical or toxic metal used in most industrial including solar production. Those chemically the same and toxic forever. Radio active material is easy to detect and has a halftime, so the material always decreases, the volume is tiny. And 4th gen will use the spend fuel, afterwards there will be century storage, Etc etc. Those is the expected response, with the amount of bad anti-nuclear press that is out there by not full-science groups as global 2000 Green peace and friends of the earth. I'm not angry just upset it creeps into climate enthousiast that want to do good.

I must objects against this unsustained framing that nuclear is versus renewables Or that nuclear is unsustainable especially in light of it's low carbon lifetime and small amount of common materials versus it total energy production. IPCC Scenario's show all low carbon sources are needed for deep decarbonization and to be on track. Anti-nuclear campaigners spreading these views are frustrating the science. Ii hope we can follow that logical science pad.
