Small Town Near Capital Without Drinking Water for 26 Days

The Guardian reports on the worst situation in Boorowa, a small town near Australia's capital, Canberra, which has been grappling with a severe water crisis, highlighting the urgent need for water conservation and sustainable management practices. This warning highlights the pressing challenges posed by water scarcity, exacerbated by climate change-induced droughts and extreme weather events. Let's raise consciousness about the impacts of water shortages on communities and ecosystems and advocate for resilient water infrastructure and conservation measures. Our collective action is essential in addressing the escalating water crisis and ensuring access to clean and safe drinking water for all. Every action matters, however small. Together we can ensure the world be a better place for everyone to stay. This sound alarming! how can people stay for all those days without water? Does the government of Australia knows how essential water is to the lives of humans? It ought to do something.

I am really angered every time I see somebody wasting water. Water is now becoming a limited resource and will soon become too expensive for most people. Therefore the need for conservation of water catchment areas and water sources.

How is this allowed to go on when countries seem to have an unending amount of money to play politics and fund wars? Water is what they can't afford? A big shame
