We know where industry friendly timelines and reduction targets in the past. Given that none of what has been done in the past has been big enough or effectively enforced, any moves in this direction are good, but enforcing them is key.

Yay! Climate fees are absolutely necessary! It’s too late and too little and will be diluted by fierce lobbying, but the EU plan is still an extremely good thing!
