International Public Opinion study on Climate Change.
Facebook Data for Good has in partnership with Yale Climate Change Communication recently conducted an international survey investigating public climate change knowledge, attitudes, policy preferences, and behavior among Facebook users in more than 30 countries and territories worldwide.
Very interesting report. We need to educate more people about the climate crisis and its solutions.
Thanks for using your global platform for this Facebook!

@Ingmar_Rentzhog, Indeed alot must be done, like above index,I noted it's only 2 countries from Africa mentioned, south Africa and Nigeria, alot must be done to educate the general public, even here we are doing alot of explanation in details to tell people what's wdht, and what they do and their purpose, but we are happy you have became a voice over here, sometimes we have to take baby steps to explain via power points slides for every one to understand, but youths understands more quicker than other generations,it's not even a wonder majority they don't know what's climate change, solutions, etc.

There is a very close correlation between these numbers in western countries of high CC knowledge (e.g the a lot and moderate knowledge of climate change), and the number of people who act sustainability (e.g. buy sustainability goods and services).

This corelation means that increasing the CC knowledge could give a greater push to sustainable actions.

The report is quite good and it is interesting to note that most are quite aware of the climate change. more awareness need be carried out so as to make sure the this menace is subverted.

However Africa lags way behind this awareness/knowledge and many find the language too strange but in the end some sense hits them when explained as to why the weather patterns aren't as was the norm ages ago.WDHT Africa and other organizations are making effort and in a extremely high spirit though just a couple of weeks old the WDHT African office is changing aspects and perspectives and the future is promising in regard to rejuvenating lost environmental and climate glory.
And together we've planted over 150,000 trees. One tree is planted for every climate review written to an organization that is Open for Climate Dialogue™.
How does this work?

Welcome, let's solve the climate crisis together
Write or agree to climate reviews to make businesses and world leaders act. It’s easy and it works.
