Boosting productivity

Jonathan Chelilim governor Uasin Gishu is advising his subjects in adopting smart technologies to boost farm produce for both commercial and domestic use. Uasin Gishu is well known for maize production in the entire country, but maize produce has dropped due climate change. His concern for food productivity already shows that he is a good and responsible leader.Farming creates job opportunities for people and sustains the county economically. Knowledge is vast and farmers need to be educated on how to cope and adapt to climate change. https://www.kenyanews.go.ke/adopt-climate-smart-agricultural-technologies-to-boost-productivity-governor/

It is good to see a leader prioritize farming practices and try to make changes that help the county members increase food production while keeping in mind to meet set climate targets. Way to go
