- Axjo Plastics is a role model with its unique business concept of working for a circular economy and reusing cable drums with its own "pledge system", says Governor Helena Jonsson. The Climate Council's justification reads as follows: "The 2022 climate prize is awarded to Axjo Plastic, which with its circular system for the collection and recycling of cable drums shows that it is possible to think innovative and create new solutions that reduce its own and its customers' climate impact. By developing a "pledge system" for cable drums, they can be collected, reused, repaired and circulated several times over, which is resource efficient and reduces the need for new manufacturing - fully in line with the county's vision "Climate-smart plus energy county". This solution can hopefully make a difference in the whole of Sweden." https://www.axjo.com/
