In this week's GoodCause Donation Night, 8 charitable organizations received over 15M SEK (Almost €1.3M) in donations from the GoodCause Foundation. The Foundation was founded in 2004 with the intention of starting businesses with the intent of donating their entire profit to charities chosen by their consumers.
In 2024, two companies, GodEl and GodFond, contributed with a multi-million sum to these organizations, including 1.4M SEK to the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation (Svenska Naturskyddsföreningen), and 7.5M SEK to Doctors Without Borders (Läkare Utan Gränser)
This is a fantastic example of what good entrepeneurship can look like, and how we can all contribute to making the world a better and more inhabitable place. Congratulations to all the recipients!
