I recommend Roborock (producing robot vacuum cleaners) to respond to questions about sustainability from your (prospective) customers. I have asked Roborock three times what type of energy the use when manufacturing their product . Is it fossil fuels or fossil free fuels? I have also asked why such a large company doesn’t have anything stated about sustainability on their web site. What are your goals? In my third errand, I asked another question. Is the product is available in white? Quite promptly I got a reply. I.e. , they read my questions. But even though I used the same above errand mail when, for the third time, asking what type of fuel beeing used, Roborock don’t reply. I have also asked them if they are denying climate change. No response. Not good. My idea to Roborock is to mitigate the climate change and start with answering related questions from your (prospective) customers.

I believe an answer from them to their customers and even prospective one can be game changer to their products
