Oceans are changing color due to climate change
Research suggests that water is becoming greener

12/02/2024 – Research reveals that the oceans are changing color due to climate change. The deep blue sea is turning green in the region of the equator. The study carried out by the University of Southampton, in the United Kingdom, analyzed 20 years of data from NASA's Modis-Aqua satellite, which indicated the change in the hue of the oceans. According to the researchers, other colors are appearing in the waters, such as red and blue.
