By 2030, Arctic Paper must have zero emissions of carbon dioxide. Energy production will be closer to 7 percent.

- By 2030, we must have zero emissions of carbon dioxide, and energy production must account for nearly 7 percent of the group's turnover. Energy prices are increasing and we see that we can make a good deal partly by owning our own energy production, but also by offering the market green, sustainable energy. The Arctic Paper mills are situated in beautiful natural areas, close to watercourses. Therefore, environmental concerns in regards to production and transportation has become our highest priority. Take for instance the Munkedal mill. As a consequence of our ecological thinking it is today one of the cleanest in the whole world. https://www.arcticpaper.com/sustainability/environmental-goals/
