First of all, Breitling appreciates the positive feedback from the We Don’t Have Time platform and all the community who has responded positively to our sustainable packaging initiative. At Breitling, we are committed to doing everything we can within our sphere of influence to reduce our environmental impact. Our goal is to create and promote sustainable luxury while engaging people with our sense of commitment. Amongst other initiatives, we started working on a sustainable packaging concept with the goal of minimizing the impact our packaging makes on the environment, and the result has exceeded our ambitions. It’s fair to say that it has evolved into a positively disruptive element that has ultimately influenced a number of different aspects of our packaging, ranging from material to transport and even to how customers use the box after they’ve taken delivery of their watches. As you may have seen, the foldable, reusable watch box is created entirely from upcycled plastic bottles. With the new box, we have effectively reinvented packaging in the watch industry – underscoring our commitment to reducing its environmental impact and replacing the large, heavy watch boxes that have long been an industry mainstay with a small, smart, modular alternative. Acknowledgement from organizations and platforms like We Don’t Have Time underscore the fact that we’re on the right track and that people are paying attention. And Breitling is grateful!

It's an awesome product gotten from waste plastics. Recycling is truly upheld by Breitling and hope they can influence a lot more to take that path.
