Waste To Clean Baseload Energy. Zero Emissions Our mobile unit, the M500. Designed to any size landfill & waste streams or any size project. Existing site inspections & data ready. First commissioned unit was in 2006. Partner sites open for inspection. The Eliminator handles 50 Tones of any waste, all carbonaceous materials to then be converted into any resource of either Hydrogen, Bio- fuel, Synthesis gas to generate 2.5MW of clean baseload energy per day, per site all in 1 system. Powering 5000 businesses and homes, villages to small towns. Landfills and leachate Sewage All Plastics Paper Waste Green Waste Treated Wood Pallets To name a few Not in the rendition picture is our turbine nor our power island that drives to drag line & grid Emissions are 7ppm, cleaner the air we breathe. Port to port delivery, installation & operating in approx. 90 days anywhere in the world. Lots more to share on our station that can eliminate 550 Tones per day per site producing a clean baseload energy of a whopping 20 MW powering 80 000 business and homes, towns to small cities. How does Steam Reformation work? General: Steam Reformation is a process whereby any carbonaceous material is reformed with steam at high temperature and pressure such that it changes form from carbon and water into Carbon Monoxide and Hydrogen. This combination of gases is known as Synthesis Gas and has similar properties to Natural gas in that it can be used to power a turbine to produce clean electricity or processed further to produce diesel fuel and oil. Reformation: In practical terms, Municipal Solid Waste is sorted to remove metals, glass and gravel and then shredded to increase the surface area. The shredded material is then forced into a rotating kiln in an oxygen free environment where it is heated indirectly from outside and directly from superheated steam inside the kiln. The temperature is such that a chemical reaction takes place converting the material entirely into a gaseous form, Synthesis Gas. Gas Cleaning: The synthesis gas produced is passed through a sodium Hydroxide scrubber and carbon filter to remove any pollutants or corrosive elements and then stored. Generation: The Synthesis Gas can then be applied to a generation turbine to produce clean renewable energy with less than 7ppm Nitrous Oxide in the exhaust which is cleaner than ambient air. Recycling: Any metals or other chemicals extracted in the process can be sold to industry or recycling.
