🌪️ A severe tornado hit the administrative center and villages of Caiyuanziji and Shawo in Shandong Province, China on July 6, 2024. This catastrophic incident resulted in 88 injuries and the tragic loss of 5 lives. The tornado caused damage to 2,820 houses, 60,900 acres of farmland, and 48 power lines. According to the National Meteorological Center of China, Shandong typically experiences an average of 1.5 tornadoes per year.
