And since supply chains in the fashion industry are generally long and quite complex, many companies also have a very limited influence over the activities of their manufacturers.
But don’t worry, it’s not as grim as it looks - there are already many great examples out there (hello there Patagonia, Allbirds, Helly Hansen, Stella McCartney and all the other great companies 👋) that you can learn from. 💚
