Globally, 25-30% of produced food is either lost or wasted. This waste contributes to about 10% of human made green house gases. Food producers are looking at ways to limit waste and contribute to their environmental impact as well as cut costs. Four experts in the industry were gathered from Princes Ltd, Wicks Manor, Toast Ale and Mulesoft, this was aimed at finding out the novel approaches they have taken to address food waste and how it has impacted their processes.
