The role of the media is to enlighten people about what's going on. For the BBC it is imperative that they take these motions seriously and come out with research and good information about climate change for the masses that listen to them all over the world. A lot of people listen to the BBC and they should take this opportunity not just to report about politics or other irrelevant information and to report about serious matters like climate change.
The BBC can use their peak times when most people are watching television or listening to their radios, to pass these messages across.
