The main factors behind the success are abundant experience and advanced technology associated with hydropower projects, which also are witnesses to China's growth from catching up to leading the world in the sector

They are investing in and deplooying more coal plants and are with Russia building up a new and massive fossil fuel infrastructure (up to 3 mega pipelines between Russia and China) so this fossil fuel investments are just a portion of their fossil investments...🙄
