On this occasion, we would like to take up a topic that is important to us: Women in the start-up scene!
🚫 According to the Female Founders Monitor by Startup Verband, despite a proven record of accomplishment, stronger focus on sustainability and social impact, female founders receive 9 times less funding than their male counterparts. Moreover, female founders are still underrepresented, especially in the technical sector.
Therefore seeing a higher share of female founders in #SETAward applications, compared to past years was cause for celebration for us. So how can we continue to make a more equitable world for female entrepreneurs?🤝
