While the global citizens are worried about climate crisis due to fossil fuel companies, Bharat Petrolium Corporation Limited, India, Chairman and Managing Director G. Krishna Kumar asking for 5000 acres of land in costal region of State of Andhra Pradesh, India.
BPCL is also luring other states having sea coast touting economic development and jobs.
The Prime Minister of India and Chief Minsters must take responsibility for the protection of environment, people’s health, coastal regions and biodiversity.
The fossil fuel refineries are cancer/misery alleys spoiling environment in the regions and health of people not economic development.
