22,000 bunds in Arusha, Tanzania

In February 2021, together with our partner Lead Foundation and local farmers, we dug 5,000 bunds in the Arusha region of Tanzania. Later in the year, we dug another 17,000 (!). There are now 22,000 bunds around the villages of Engaruka, Selala & Baraka. All Earth Smiles are ready to capture lots of rain during this rainy season. We can't wait for the rain to fall and see them fill up! 🌧🌱
