A good step towards the right direction, climate financing.

The World Bank kills millions of the poor every year with it's enforced economics on Third World countries. We need to shut it down and start a World Climate Crisis Bank.

@Andy_Kadir_Buxton no the world Bank doesn't do that at all. You seems to have a wrong view of what this institute is for.

It's commendable that the World Bank is seeking more funds to address climate change and other crises, as this will help to ensure that the necessary resources are available to tackle these pressing issues. Climate change is a cross-cutting issue and requires a multifaceted approach, so addressing this crisis will be beneficial not only for the environment but also in terms of socio-economic development, and global security.

Good but still they need to tackle the issue of sustainable energy.

The world Bank still has to open up for for more sustainable energy. Currently they still do not allow fûnding of refurbishing or new nuclear energy as far as I know. And rising countries choose low cost coalplants instead.!

It doesn't matter how much we get from climate finance ! The proper use of allocated money should be observed

Nice! But as much as we advocate for climate financing, our leaders and stakeholders should be accountable for every coin!
