This is the Okavango Delta in Maun (Botswana). I was challenged to not merely think about success, but significance by contributing to a project to improve the sustainability of this community and country. The Maun Science Park (www.maunsciencepark.com) will employ technology as a catalyst to create sustainable communities, educate the populous and incubate diversified commercial entities to take advantage of this unique heritage. The project will be co-created by the people of Maun & Botswana, the Batawana Tribal Authority, the Botswana Government, and a group of international experts, and is supported by several governments and international organisations, private partners, and academic institutions such as the University of Botswana, Stockholm University eGovLab, TUM and many others.
