Let's always act...It's only our action that will educate many!
Have you watched this documentary on Netflix? If you haven't this is a must watch. If you have watched what are your thoughts? Thankyou @Seaspiracy for this work, it's a noble cause despite the pain, I think it speaks volume to many to change for many and moreso for our mother nature, that doesn't forget the crimes we do against it's will this being part of it from we humans who need to care more for it!!
A great documentary film exposing the truth about how we are depleting our oceans. It is a fantastic follow up to ‘Cowspiracy’ and ‘What The Health’

As a documentary filmmaker, I’m appalled by the gotcha journalism and sneaky edits of this film. The producers have already been called out for xenophobia and attacking environmentalist groups who are working to promote change.

I'm going to watch it soon. George Monbiot is an excellent journalist. I haven't eaten prawns/shrimp for more than a decade but it looks like I need to include more fish in my self-imposed ban :( I _love_ eating fish... 🐟🐟🐟)

You can eat seaweed for all of the benefits that you would get from fish but it comes without all of the extra mercury and dioxins. 😊

You feel confident in George Monbiot’s claim that we’re at an end to all agriculture? That we will all eat microbial pancakes and supplements?

@organicchef 😂 certainly not, I enjoy a whole foods plant based diet... just saying that the omega 3 available from fish actually comes from the seaweed.
We do need to see an end to animal agriculture and conventional farming, hopefully permaculture takes its place. The essential omegas are also found in hemp seeds. 😊

@joel_courtidis_160 I do eat seaweed as well but would miss fish more than I'd miss beef, lamb or turkey.

Is it really a documentary, heard it was more sensational.

There is no general review of documentaries as to the veracity of their claims, the people who review and distribute docs are the same people who review Hollywood blockbusters. They want entertainment not information

If we really wish for substantive change we have to stop believing vegan funded conspiratorial documentaries: https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2021/mar/31/seaspiracy-netflix-documentary-accused-of-misrepresentation-by-participants
