Climate warning

Saudi Aramco is the world's #1 greenhouse gas polluter

Saudi Aramco emitted 13,256 Mt CO2eq between 2016 and 2022, the most in the world. Saudi Aramco and the other huge fossil fuel companies are responsible for the climate crisis, and should be held accountable.

This is so disappointing. This highlights the urgent need for accountability and collective action to address environmental concerns.

These staggering emissions from Saudi Aramco highlight the urgent need for greater accountability and decisive action to curb greenhouse gas pollution. It's imperative that steps are taken to transition away from fossil fuels towards cleaner, more sustainable energy sources to mitigate the impacts of the climate crisis. We sing this everyday, can someone please hear us and stop this destruction?

As a leading player in the fossil fuel industry, Saudi Aramco's emissions have far-reaching consequences for our planet's health.

@princess_nel_268 And these aren't even figures you can try to justify. These emissions are so huge, I'm not sure there's any offsetting program in the world that could absorb them, not even the whole Amazon rainforest. It is incredible how much pollution they cause

This is very unfortunate coming from Saudi Aramco despite convincing the world of the steps they've taken to minimise their green house emissions.

This is alarming, prioritising profits over climate wellness is worrying.

@elizbeth_gathigia there companies in this case government's. They do what there made for. We only erase them by pushing them away with an abundance of clean energy.

Also a lot of Greenwashing. They sponsor anything and virtually do not reduce anything. .

@jehannes_ros Of course they'd take such a step. It's important for them to look busy while doing absolutely nothing. It's all and PR and profits while sending the planet to climate hell. A sign that if change is to come, it's not going to be with them but without their support
