Protecting people (the young) from climate change impacts
Great climate change related ruling by the Australian Federal Court that government must take into account climate impact of GHG emissions and injury on people, especially youth, when approving projects.
This is the concept of 'duty of care' for harm against people as applied to environmental approvals, and can very much be applied to other new development projects in Australia, and copied globally as well.
