Overcoming climate shocks

Over $600+ million channelled towards climate is a big deal, such funds will help get people and the economy back on their feet.IMF has observed that Kenyan authorities face a difficult time balancing to boost economic revenue while in debt and overcoming climate shocks??Disbursement of this funds will play a  major role in climate change, authorities that will handle such important matters should have no affiliation with a corruption case.Imagine being in debt but climate resilience is 100%, that is not a loss but a win.
