Empowering Youth for Climate Action
Youth of today is the one who is already facing the brunt of climate change. They are the ones who will be world leaders tomorrow. 2050 Climate Group is working (since 2014) to empower Scotland’s Young Leaders to lead action on tackling the climate crisis. The group is equipping the youth with the skills and knowledge that they require to collectively lead Scotland in the transition to a just and sustainable society.
I think it is a good example which every country should follow and have such programs where youth are empowered, equipped and enabled to tackle the climate crisis.
