    It is not simple for a private person to act with Municipalities and Create a Project. EU-Minister in Sweden is now involved to support my innovation. GU never Help anyone! I am waiting for direct support from WIPO to Ask them call EU-Minuster WHO has got Mail from me. Bio-Rad Laboratories Will have Congress soon to tell people heat they do.
