In the land of petrol and diesel vehicles, electric vehicles seem to be finally winning! BYD has reached a new milestone by delivering 200 units of its Seal EV variant in India in one day!

The EV maker claimed to have received more than 1,000 bookings for its BYD Seal electric performance sedan within just two months of its release. This shows that the people in the country are finally opening up to making the switch from petrol and diesel vehicles to electric variants.
The Premium variant of the BYD Seal promises to run up to 650 kilometers with a single charge and the Performance variant can accelerate from 0-100 kmph in just 3.8 seconds.
Electric vehicle sales in India have doubled since 2023 and it is such heartening news! For a country like India, this is a big deal because of the huge demand for four-wheelers and making the transition into the EV segment is just what we need.
