When there is a crisis like drought,it's women and children that suffers most,but this is a thing of the past especially in Kenya where in most counties the government has put in measures to mitigate these effects.The government has made sure that the affected areas have received the necessary support and provided water services that help alot in agriculture.This has made sure that there is something to celebrate by looking at what it used to be and the milestones that have been taken.If this is put in practice in all the affected areas it means there will be always a reason to celebrate.
