In the early hours of August 3rd, a devastating flood and landslide caused a tunnel bridge to collapse between Kangding and Luding on the Ya'an-Kangding Expressway. Tragically, three vehicles with six people plunged into the gorge. Two lives were lost, and twelve are still missing. Over 300 rescuers are on the scene.
