Baby steps in the right direction. But Amazon's people policies are the absolute worst. Need to focus on that too, along with the environment. Not Creating real Value. Poor Social Impact.

I completely agree. Social and environmental issues are linked in so many ways. As Frans Timmermans said in our Climate Dialogue with him on Friday "the climate crisis is also a social crisis." It was such great news to see Amazon workers unionize in the US, let's hope it spreads widely.
