We know we need to make big changes to reach the Paris Agreement, but as an old boss told me - "We need to make the business 100 percent more efficient". I replied that it will be really difficult and then he said - "We are 100 employees and if we all become 1 percent more efficient, we will reach the goal of becoming 100 percent more efficient".
