Happy Madaraka Day my fellow Kenyans and Wdht team in Kenya Chapter! Well Madaraka day is a national holiday celebrated every 1st June of every year in the Republic of Kenya. It commemorates the day in 1963 that Kenya attained internal self rule after being a British colony since 1920. Madaraka is a Swahili word for "authority, ruling power"

As Kenya celebrates a crucial day of self rule I ask the world to join us,and together as WDHT family we ought celebrate the noble platform right here with us to express our earnest concern, love and care for climate to sensitize the world to come together to subvert the damages of our own making to mother nature.
And together we've planted over 150,000 trees. One tree is planted for every climate review written to an organization that is Open for Climate Dialogue™.
