NASA Scientific Visualization Studio | Global Temperature Anomalies from 1880 to 2023
This color-coded map in Robinson projection displays a progression of changing global surface temperature anomalies. Normal temperatures are shown in white. Higher than normal temperatures are shown in red and lower than normal temperatures are shown in blue. Normal temperatures are calculated over the 30 year baseline period 1951-1980. The maps are averages over a running 24 month window. The final frame represents global temperature anomalies in 2023. || 2023GISTEMP_Map.00899_print.jpg (1024x576) [128.1 KB] || 2023GISTEMP_Map.00899_searchweb.png (320x180) [62.1 KB] || 2023GISTEMP_Map.00899_thm.png (80x40) [5.9 KB] || 2023GISTEMP_Map.mp4 (3840x2160) [114.5 MB] ||

And together we've planted over 150,000 trees. One tree is planted for every climate review written to an organization that is Open for Climate Dialogue™.

Problem is, we have enough warnings but no action is taking place. This may transform movies into reality where science is ignored

This draws attention to the serious nature of global warming by highlighting a stark contrast with apocalyptic disaster movies. Instead of a fictional scenario, it emphasizes the real and urgent situation where thousands of scientists are being ignored in the face of climate change. The inclusion of a NASA link underscores the scientific basis of the concern. The use of #ClimateBrawl suggests a sense of urgency and perhaps frustration regarding the lack of collective action in addressing this critical issue.
